They had been struggling to fill critical leadership positions in some of their centers across California and needed direct-hire, permanent placement services.

Leadership roles including ADON, DON and Executive Director positions can be challenging to fill. The demand for these highly skilled, experienced professionals is extremely high and many companies find it difficult to compete.
