We make sure every healthcare worker has the right qualifications and training before starting an assignment.
General Compliance Standards:
- Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, NALS.
- Licenses: Valid, unencumbered licenses.
- Education Verifications: Confirmation of degrees or training programs completed
- Vaccinations: PPD, chest X-ray (if indicated), MMR titer, varicella titer, hepatitis A & B titer, influenza (flu shot), pneumonia, meningococcal, rotavirus, tetanus (declination forms available).
- Other Requirements: Physical health screenings, color blindness tests, role-specific skills evaluations & competencies, annual HIPAA and OSHA reviews, and specialty-specific training.
- Verifications: Full state and federal background screening, employment verifications, exclusion checks, I-9 employment eligibility, and drug screening.
- Orientation: Facility-specific orientation modules and training, as required by each client.
