Our client is an award-winning CCRC located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. They pride themselves in providing exceptional care for their residents with state of the art facilities as well as a plethora of activities and amenities on their campus. We began our partnership by introducing a number of highly experienced nurses who were nearing the end of their assignments and were available to cover all shifts.
Challenge:
The shortage of nurses has exponentially increased in recent years and like many other senior care providers in the market, our client had been hit with the challenge of attracting nurses to their facility. We understood the urgency of their nurse staffing needs and the shifts they needed covered. Solution:
